Allied Motion: Q1 Earnings Snapshot AMHERST, N.Y. (AP) _ Allied Motion Technologies Inc. (AMOT) on Wednesday reported first-quarter net income of $11.9 million.

On a per-share basis, the Amherst, New York-based company said it had profit of 83 cents. Earnings, adjusted for pretax gains, came to 32 cents per share.

The motion control product maker posted revenue of $101.7 million in the period.

Allied Motion shares have increased slightly since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $34.12, a rise of 83% in the last 12 months.
