A memory chip sector revival may be underway due to “a significant turnaround as demand for IT devices, such as smartphones and PCs,” media report, noting NAND flash memory chip prices continued to recover in February, while prices for mainstream DDR4 and DDR5 DRAM have been on a 5-day winning streak.
