The redemption process of Longbridge's Yuebao Fund is too time-consuming and user-unfriendly. After 2 days, the funds are still not available.
I originally kept idle funds in Longbridge for almost a year, but there was no interest, so I recently bought funds to earn returns.
However, when I wanted to sell the funds and buy stocks, I found that I couldn't sell them immediately. The purchasing power was zero, and I couldn't buy stocks, which was very frustrating.
Because other securities firms like FuX and LaoX allow immediate stock trading after selling funds, even though the funds cannot be withdrawn immediately. This is very important.
The financial market changes rapidly, and time is money. I hope Longbridge can improve the related procedures.
