Bought US Treasury ETF, today it paid dividends. I bought $100K USD, got $346 USD. Calculated monthly interest is about 0.35%, annualized around 4%. Still quite attractive. US Treasury yields and US Treasury prices are inversely proportional. For example, if a US Treasury has a face value of $100 USD, coupon rate of 5%, current price is $100 USD, then after 1 year maturity, principal plus interest would be $105 USD. But now the Federal Reserve has started cutting rates, interest dropped to 3%. Since capital seeks profits, if US Treasury yields are higher than banks...
