美股研究社讯，天眼查 App 显示，近日，西安领充创享新能源科技有限公司发生工商变更，天津陆石方晟股权投资中心（有限合伙）退出股东行列，新增北京小米智造股权投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）为股东，同时，公司注册资本由约 1.06 亿人民币增至约 1.1 亿人民币。
西安领充创享新能源科技有限公司成立于 2020 年 6 月，法定代表人为袁庆民，经营范围含新能源汽车换电设施销售、输配电及控制设备制造、充电桩销售等，现由西安汇创启源运营管理有限公司、中国石化集团资本有限公司、中国石油集团昆仑资本有限公司等共同持股。公开资料显示，领充新能源专注于新能源汽车充放换电和新型电力系统产品的研发、制造及销售。
