According to US Stock Research Society, Tianyancha App shows that recently, SD Equestrian Green Energy Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established, with legal representative Chen Shichao, registered capital of 30 million RMB, and business scope including emerging energy technology R&D, new energy vehicle battery swap facility sales, online energy metering technology R&D, contract energy management, battery sales, information system operation and maintenance services, etc. The equity panorama shows that the company is wholly owned by SD Equestrian Digital Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CATL (300750).
