According to US Stock Research, Tianyancha App shows that recently, China Post Zhixing Automotive Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established, with legal representative Liu Hai and registered capital of 50 million RMB. Its business scope includes car towing, rescue, and obstacle removal services, second-class value-added telecommunications services, new energy vehicle sales, mini and micro passenger car rental services, internet sales, and smart vehicle equipment sales. Shareholder information indicates that the company is wholly owned by China National Postal and Telecommunications Appliances Corporation.
Public records show that in November 2023, Huawei and China Post signed a memorandum of cooperation for smart car selection, marking a further deepening of cooperation in the field of smart mobility.
