据报道，由于与欧盟在电动汽车方面的贸易冲突，中国 ZF 呼吁国内车企在欧盟对中国电动汽车征收关税的谈判进行时，停止在欧盟积极寻找生产基地和签订新合同。国有汽车制造商东风已取消在意大利生产汽车计划，长安也取消了欧洲市场发布会。😟目前尚不清楚该指令对民营车企如比亚迪、小鹏汽车、蔚来汽车会产生何种影响。欧盟表示谈判中仍存在 “重大差距”，双方已进行八轮谈判，价格承诺正在讨论中。中国还警告出口到欧盟的汽车企业不要与欧盟就个别解决方案谈判，努力达成涵盖所有车企的框架协议
