According to U.S. Stock Research, Tianyancha's business risk information shows that recently, Guizhou Yuping Tiansen Funeral Co., Ltd. was fined approximately 205,000 yuan for violating government pricing guidelines by splitting and duplicating charges.
Key violations include: From January 2022 to May 2024, the company split the government-set cremation fee by additionally charging families 100 yuan per body for transportation from the mourning hall to the crematorium, totaling 17,100 yuan; charging 400 yuan per body for scheduled cremation services, totaling 15,600 yuan; charging 400 yuan per body for overtime cremation, totaling 45,600 yuan; and duplicating charges for ash storage (320 yuan), disinfection (100 yuan), body transportation (150 yuan), and special sanitation fees (200 yuan), while failing to display prices for ash delivery services.
Guizhou Yuping Tiansen Funeral Co., Ltd. was established in March 2013, with legal representative Liu Fengnian and registered capital of 54 million yuan. Its business scope includes funeral parlors, cemeteries, and funeral supplies.
