Today's Important News Review | Dolphin Investment Research
1104 Dolphin's Key Focus:
🐬 Macro/Industry
1. Tomorrow marks the highly anticipated U.S. presidential election voting day. Prior to last week, Trump was clearly in the lead, but a key poll from a "red state" over the weekend hinted at a potential shift in the situation. According to the latest data from the election prediction platform Polymarket, Trump's probability of winning this year's election has dropped to 54.5%, down from over 60% before last week. The outcome of the U.S. election will also impact the intensity of stimulus policies in our country. If Harris takes office, the stimulus policies may not be as aggressive. Additionally, the Federal Reserve's interest rate decision is expected on Friday, and currently, funds are leaning towards a wait-and-see approach, choosing a direction after major events are settled.
2. The 12th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress will be held in Beijing from November 4 to 8. The one-time new debt quota and "not limited to this" incremental policy tools mentioned by the Ministry of Finance earlier are expected to be revealed at this meeting. Currently, market sentiment is optimistic, and today the A-shares collectively closed higher.
