《媽媽好》，又稱《世上只有媽媽好》，是一首廣為流傳的中文歌曲。該曲是 1958 年香港電影《苦兒流浪記》的主題旋律，由李雋青撰詞，劉宏遠譜曲， 劇中主演蕭芳芳主唱。1960-70 年代，該曲亦被鳳飛飛、鄧麗君等當紅歌手翻唱。1980 年代台灣電影《媽媽再愛我一次》再次使用這首歌作為插曲，電影在中國大陸廣受歡迎，由此該歌曲紅遍兩岸三地，至今已成為中文經典兒歌之一。
