I've been holding TMF for a long time and feel its decay is worse than TQQQ. Has anyone calculated it?

When I bought TMF at the beginning of the year, I knew leveraged ETFs have high decay, but I thought the future trend would be upward, so I didn't think too much about it.

But I often notice that its gains don't keep up with 3x, while the losses frequently exceed 3x (compared to TQQQ, which is much more accurate).

Before September, I was up about 20%, but then you all know what happened.

Recently, the market has slightly recovered. Now TLT is up 4%, but TMF is still down 6%. I bought both at the same time.

Has anyone calculated how much decay TMF typically has in a year?
