
Doubting my life in the A-share market is because I started investing in this market from the beginning, perhaps only with a long mindset. The long mindset greatly affects the behavior of cutting losses and the lack of convenient channels for short selling. Even though I had theoretical knowledge before, I couldn’t align my actions with my knowledge.
Recently, I’ve been reading Market Wizards. Many big shots also started from losses. Sometimes, looking from their perspective helps me discover many of my own problems. Currently, there’s nothing I can do about the losses in the A-share market, so I might as well break the bad habit of frequent trading and read more books.
Perhaps the "short" in the A-share market just means staying in cash (without playing derivatives).
The numbness and complaints are gone. Time to pick myself up and start recovering. Last time, the U.S. market took 2 months to recover half of the gains. Let’s see how the A-share market performs now.
