On June 5, 2025, the 54th World Environment Day was celebrated. BOE Varitronix (Stock Code:$BOE VARITRONIX(710.HK)), a global leader in automotive display and smart cockpit solutions, officially released the "2024 Greenhouse Gas Emissions Verification Report" at its Chengdu factory, Chengdu BOE Automotive Display Technology Co., Ltd., a leading global production base for automotive display modules, disclosing the company's greenhouse gas emissions for 2024.
In terms of energy conservation and carbon reduction, the company reduced greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 1,181.46 tons of CO2 equivalent in 2024 through the establishment of an energy management system, lean management of key energy-consuming equipment, and the use of green electricity. The greenhouse gas emission intensity per unit of product decreased by about 5.5%.
In terms of innovative products, low-power OLED display products and oxide display products have achieved large-scale mass production in several high-end new energy vehicle models, providing key technical support for the carbon neutrality goals of the new energy vehicle industry.
