$Circle(CRCL.US) This stock makes you think it has bottomed out multiple times, only to fall again. Today, it spiked to 200, then to 188-189, and now it's at 180 again. If this is normal trading, I've never seen such a flat line in decades. It's the most bizarre stock of the past 10 years. Do you agree?
