Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Guo Jiakun: At the invitation of Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China and President of China, Kim Jong-un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and Chairman of the State Affairs Commission, will visit China to attend the '9·3' commemorative event.
