The global trend of health smart products is on the rise, with Samsung Electronics set to launch a smart ring to enrich its product lineup, and Apple is also eager to join the game.

According to media reports on Sunday, Samsung Electronics plans to unveil its first smart wearable ring at the end of this month at the World Mobile Communications Congress, Samsung Electronics stated in a release that the Galaxy Ring, supported by artificial intelligence technology, will provide users with a more personalized and seamless experience.

At the Galaxy S24 smartphone series launch event held last month in California, Samsung Electronics had teased about this product, with the Galaxy Ring expected to be officially released later in 2024.

Furthermore, Samsung Electronics mentioned that visitors to the World Mobile Communications Congress will also witness new health features in the Galaxy Watch6 series.

Today, health tracking has become a key selling point for smartphones and smartwatches, and the rise of wearable devices offers a special and intimate way to monitor health. While watches worn on the wrist can provide continuous information throughout the day, not everyone is willing to wear a watch, finding them heavy or inconvenient. Smart rings, on the other hand, are lightweight and easier to wear 24 hours a day, making them an excellent way to provide extensive health monitoring.
