NVIDIA's AI chips have always been leading the pack, there's no strongest, only stronger.
Just when you thought H100 was the top AI chip, NVIDIA announced an even more powerful H200 (to be delivered in the second quarter). And just when you thought H200 was the best, NVIDIA is already gearing up for an even more powerful B100.
NVIDIA AI Developer Conference to be Held Next Month
It is widely expected in the market that NVIDIA will unveil its most powerful AI chip, the B100, at the GTC AI Developer Conference from March 17th to 21st.
During a recent earnings call, at the end of the meeting, Jensen Huang mentioned: "We have a lot to share with you at the GTC conference in San Jose next month. Be sure to join us. We look forward to updating our progress in the next quarter."
It is worth noting that Jensen Huang's keynote speech "Witnessing the Revolutionary Moment of AI" will take place from 4:00 to 6:00 on March 19th Beijing time.

B100 Performance Doubles that of H200
According to information released by NVIDIA, the company plans to launch the Blackwell architecture in 2024, and the B100 GPU chip using this architecture is expected to significantly increase processing power. Preliminary assessments indicate that compared to the existing Hopper architecture-based H200 series, performance is expected to increase by over 100%.
These performance improvements are particularly evident in AI-related tasks, as demonstrated by the proficiency of the B100 in the GPT-3 175B inference performance benchmark test:
At the CES conference in early January this year, NVIDIA's announcement of several new chips led to a surge in stock prices, reaching new highs for four consecutive days.
So, whether the B100 will drive an increase in stock prices is something the market will be watching closely.
After the release of the B100, perhaps there will be the B200, x100, x200, and so on in the future...
