According to the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, XPeng Motors-W (09868) once fell by nearly 5%, with its stock price down 40% year-to-date. As of the time of writing, it has dropped by 3.93% to HKD 33, with a turnover of HKD 65.3769 million.
On the news front, XPeng delivered 9,393 new cars in April, a year-on-year increase of 33% and a month-on-month increase of 4%. Among them, the XPeng X9 delivered 1,959 units, with nearly 10,000 units delivered since its listing in April. It is worth noting that XPeng has adjusted the prices of its models multiple times this year, with the starting price of the XPeng G6 reduced to 189,900 yuan, the starting price of the XPeng P7i reduced by 15,000 yuan, and a temporary reduction of up to 20,000 yuan for the XPeng G9. Over a year, the XPeng G9 has decreased by 66,000 yuan. However, XPeng Motors has not exceeded ten thousand units in monthly sales for four consecutive months this year.
