$34 billion! NVIDIA's short interest is close to the sum of Apple and Tesla

A report released by S3 Partners on Thursday showed that the current outstanding short bets against NVIDIA have reached approximately $34 billion, almost equivalent to the sum of short positions against Apple and Tesla. Currently, short bets against Apple amount to around $19 billion, while those against Tesla are about $18 billion. Although the short position size seems staggering, according to data from LSEG, short bets against NVIDIA currently only represent about 1% of its market capitalization
