Industry Insider: TSMC's German factory will start construction at the end of the year and is expected to be in production by the end of 2027

據報道，有半導體設備公司表示，台積電過去 1 年來陸續確認德國德勒斯登 12 寸工廠相關建造、廠務工程與設備供應鏈合作名單。德國工廠以 28/22~16/12 納米制程為主，要鎖定汽車和工業市場，將在 2024 年四季度動工，預計 2026 年三季度開始移入機台設備，2027 年首季建置月產能 3000 片的迷你生產線，最快 2027 年四季度開始量產，到 2028 年逐步實現月產能 4 萬片的目標。
