AMD CEO Lisa Su said that the demand for AI chips exceeded expectations, estimating that this year's data center AI chip revenue will exceed $4.5 billion. This is the second time this year that the revenue estimate for the AI chip MI300 has been raised. The supply of AI chips will remain tight until next year
