NVIDIA invests in Japanese AI company Sakana AI

NVIDIA will invest in Sakana AI and collaborate with this AI research company to promote the development of AI in Japan. Sakana AI announced its cooperation with the American chip giant NVIDIA on September 4th, stating that it has raised over $100 million from a group of investors. The Series A financing round was led by New Enterprise Associates, Khosla Ventures, and Lux Capital. Sakana AI stated that it will cooperate with NVIDIA in AI research, data centers, and AI community building in Japan
