WhatsApp Business launches Meta certification and customized messages in India

Tech giant Meta has added new features and processes to its WhatsApp Business application in India to help Indian businesses communicate with customers. In a press release on Thursday, Meta announced at its inaugural WhatsApp Business Summit in India details about the messaging and calling application. Sandhya Devanathan, Vice President of Meta India, stated in the press release: "The features and processes we are announcing today demonstrate our commitment to helping businesses maximize their commercial value while providing an exceptional customer experience on WhatsApp."
