New York University Professor: Apple Inc. is just an ATM
Finance professor Aswath Damodaran from New York University Stern School of Business stated on Monday that although Apple is still a good profit generator, it is no longer the growth company it used to be. Damodaran said, "Over the past 10 years, Apple has returned over $600 billion in cash, making it the largest ATM in history. So I like to think of the company as an ATM rather than a growth engine."
