Faraday Future (FF) founder Jia Yueting announced the launch of the company's second brand "Faraday X" (FX), aiming to apply the concept of "twice the performance, half the price" to the mass car market. Jia Yueting revealed that FF has signed cooperation agreements or MOUs with four domestic first-tier OEMs to become the first OEM in the United States to fully promote range-extended AIEVs. The second brand of FF, FX, plans to launch two models, FX5 and FX6, both using pure electric and range-extended technology, expected to be launched by the end of 2025. According to Jia Yueting, range-extended electric vehicles are selling well in the Chinese market, but are almost blank in the U.S. market, so FF has decided to invest in this market. Regarding whether there is enough funding to support the production and delivery of the next two models, Jia Yueting stated that the management will continue to announce FF's milestone points and fulfill commitments.
