South Korea ETF pre-market decline, President announces state of emergency

After the South Korean president announced martial law, the iShares MSCI South Korea ETF fell in pre-market trading on Tuesday. Other South Korea-related companies also declined, with Coupang ADR down 4.1%, KB down 1.5%, PKX down 3.9%, SKM down 1.9%, KT down 2.4%, and WF down 1.5%
