IBM and Illinois will establish a National Quantum Algorithm Center in Chicago in collaboration with universities and industry

On December 12th local time, IBM and Illinois Governor JB Pritzker announced a partnership to establish a new National Quantum Algorithm Center at the Illinois Quantum and Microelectronics Campus in Chicago. The center is supported by IBM and other quantum computing pioneers and will be powered by IBM's next-generation quantum computer, IBM Quantum System Two, which the company plans to deploy in Chicago next year
