The yield on the 10-year U.S. Treasury rose about 7 basis points, refreshing the daily high to 4.4721%; the yield on the 2-year U.S. Treasury rose about 8 basis points, refreshing the daily high to 4.3291%. The Bloomberg Dollar Index rose about 0.8%, breaking through the 1,300-point mark. 
The S&amp;P 500 index fell about 1%, the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped about 400 points with a decline of 0.9%, the Nasdaq fell 1.1%, the Nasdaq 100 index dropped 1.3%, the biotechnology index fell 2.6%, the semiconductor index fell 0.8%, the banking index fell 1.8%, and the small-cap index fell 1.2%. 
Tesla fell 2.8%, and Apple fell 0.67%
