The Dow Jones Industrial Average opened down 183.43 points, a decrease of 0.42%, at 43142.37 points;

The Nasdaq Composite opened down 123.59 points, a decrease of 0.62%, at 19896.77 points.

Quantum computing concept stock Rigetti Computing rose 7.3%, cryptocurrency concept stock KULR Technology rose 9.8%, and "Bitcoin holder" MicroStrategy rose 0.2%. Palantir fell 0.4%, Salesforce fell 0.5%. Nvidia fell 0.9%, and Apple fell 0.3%.

Chinese concept stock Kingsoft Cloud rose 14.6%, XPeng fell 4.5%, JD.com fell 3.2%, and ETF YINN fell 3.8%
