Tencent donated 20 million yuan to support the earthquake-stricken area in Shigatse, Tibet

On January 7th at 9:05 AM, a 6.8 magnitude earthquake occurred in Dingri County, Shigatse City, Tibet Autonomous Region. According to information released by the People's Government of Shigatse City, as of 6 PM on January 7th, the earthquake has resulted in 106 fatalities and 174 injuries. The disaster has touched many hearts. On the same day, the Tencent Charity Foundation initiated the first batch of donations amounting to 20 million yuan for emergency rescue, temporary relocation, winter supplies, post-disaster recovery and reconstruction, and work-for-relief efforts in the affected areas
