Vice Minister of Finance Liao Min stated at the press conference series on "The Achievements of High-Quality Development of the Chinese Economy" held by the State Council Information Office on January 10 that the fiscal deficit ratio will be increased in 2025. Considering the continuous growth of China's GDP, the scale of the deficit will increase significantly, total fiscal expenditure will further expand, and the strength of counter-cyclical adjustments will also increase, providing strong and effective support for the sustained recovery and improvement of the economy.
