The Dow Jones Industrial Average opened down 94.91 points, a decrease of 0.22%, at 42540.29 points;
The Nasdaq Composite opened down 166.62 points, a decrease of 0.86%, at 19312.26 points.
The Nasdaq 100 index fell by 0.8%.
Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) ADR slightly declined, NVIDIA fell by 1.9%, AMD dropped by 3.4%, and C3.ai decreased by 2.2%.
The China concept ETF YANG rose by about 5%, the Chinese concept stock NetEase increased by about 2%, while Bilibili fell by over 3%, and YINN dropped by over 4%
