The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index initially fell by 3.1%. 
Popular Chinese concept stocks Fangdd Network fell by 11%, Pinduoduo fell by 5.5%, Bilibili, Baidu, JD.com, and Li Auto fell by over 4%, while Alibaba, Nio, and New Oriental fell by over 3%. 
Chinese concept ETFs YINN fell by about 8.8%, CHAU fell by 4.3%, KWEB fell by 3.1%, CQQQ fell by 2.8%, and YANG rose by 8.6%
