Harbin Electric Group International Company, as the general contractor for the project, will collaborate with Siemens Energy to jointly construct this project. Both Rumah 2 and Nairyah 2 power plants have a capacity of 1.8 gigawatts and are located in the western and central regions of Saudi Arabia, respectively.
