"Drink" determines "spit" Vitasoy | Zeng Zhihua

Vitasoy's stock price has recently experienced fluctuations, mainly influenced by the covert struggle between two major shareholders. The former major shareholder, the Law family, repurchased shares at over HKD 9, while the Huang family from Singapore is also actively increasing their holdings. The author believes that Vitasoy's medium to long-term stock price is expected to exceed HKD 12 and shares the reactions and mindsets of different investors
"Drinking" and "Spitting" Vitasoy | Zeng Zhi Hua
Whenever I analyze a stock in this column, there are four types of reactions around me and online: The first type is when will I enter and how much is the best price or the most profit? (No brain! Never learn to analyze by oneself, always waiting for others to feed them, laughing when they make money, and blaming others when they lose, has nothing to do with themselves?)
The fourth type of person lives in negative energy, which is the saddest
The second type is to see if I am accurate first, waiting for it to rise for a day, then waiting for it to rise again for another day, and then panicking that it has risen so much, making a firm decision to jump in, only to miss the best opportunity. (For example, three months ago I suggested buying Vitasoy, and this type of friend only looked at it when it was at 9 HKD, and only when it reached 11 HKD did they feel that losing money was worse than losing their family, and then they rushed in. As a result, the stock price rose to nearly 13 HKD and then fell back, dropping below 9 HKD again, at which point they were anxiously asking whether they should cut losses and jump ship.)
The third type is neither greedy nor fearful, firmly adhering to a 10% entry and exit principle. (Last November, it was seen at 9 HKD and then rose to over 12 HKD, after which it fell back below 9 HKD twice, and then rose again to nearly 9.8 HKD, meaning this type of investor has made a 10% profit three times in just four months.)
The fourth type neither buys nor sells, resenting the rich and hating the poor. This type of Haters loves to leave comments online. They are silent when the stock market rises, but as soon as it falls, they criticize and mock tips as "shit," purely venting without analytical ability.
Among the four types of people, the saddest is undoubtedly the fourth type, living every day in a dark world of negative energy, afraid to use their real names to reason. These people will never become financial experts or successful investors because they refuse to open their minds.
Vitasoy's medium to long-term price could exceed 12 HKD
Last week, Vitasoy quietly started a rising wave, why? It is precisely because the two major shareholders have begun to engage in a covert struggle. The original major shareholder, the Luo family, has been buying back shares above 9 HKD, and after the news broke, investors immediately followed suit. Meanwhile, the Huang family from Singapore, who are openly acquiring, has never stopped buying through securities groups.
How long will this struggle last, and how much impact will it have on the stock price? I don’t have a crystal ball, but I can tell everyone that I have not sold a single share of the stock I bought around 9 HKD. Did I chicken out earlier? Looking closely, of course! But I estimate that Vitasoy will definitely be above 12 HKD in the medium to long term! Anyway, I’m not waiting to spend the money, so I treat it as a game fee and test my own judgment Last Thursday, the phone kept ringing, and it was my three old friends constantly asking: "Vitasoy seems to be launching again, should we 'drink' a few more liters or take the opportunity to 'spit' out what's inside? Fifteen or sixteen!" My friend, how should I respond?
