
Nikkei Index rises, with trade and insurance stocks leading the gains
The Japanese stock market rose as concerns over U.S. tariffs continued to ease. The Nikkei 225 index increased by 0.1%, closing at 36,862.26 points. Trade and insurance stocks led the gains.
