Lenovo hires its first "Silicon-based Employee": The embodied practice path of hybrid AI

At the 2025 Lenovo Innovation Technology Conference (Tech World), Lenovo Group launched the "Super Intelligent Agent" aimed at individuals and enterprises, accelerating the comprehensive implementation of hybrid AI through innovative breakthroughs. With three core capabilities: perception and interaction, cognition and decision-making, autonomy and evolution, the Super Intelligent Agent will become a super entry point for personalized AI, helping individuals unleash creativity and assisting enterprises in stimulating new growth momentum.

Yang Yuanqing, Chairman and CEO of Lenovo Group, hired the first silicon-based employee, the "Lenovo Enjoy No. 1" robot. This special "employee" is the first robot equipped with Lenovo's Enjoy Super Intelligent Agent, becoming a "smart" robot. It not only performed a set of Tai Chi on-site but also demonstrated a thorough understanding of Lenovo's various businesses.

Through this "silicon-based employee," Lenovo showcased the multimodal collaborative perception and interaction capabilities of the enterprise Super Intelligent Agent, the cognition and decision-making capabilities based on the enterprise knowledge base, and the user intention and task decomposition capabilities with autonomous awareness. Additionally, when addressing sensitive questions, it also demonstrated data security and privacy protection capabilities, further validating the functional characteristics of Lenovo's enterprise Super Intelligent Agent.
