Beijing releases the 2025 Annual Housing Development Plan

Recently, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development released the "2025 Annual Housing Development Plan for Beijing," which clarifies the annual housing development goals and key tasks. It proposes specific tasks, action plans, and work measures in eight areas, including optimizing housing land supply, supporting reasonable housing demand, and strengthening housing security, to consolidate the stable situation of the real estate market, promote high-quality housing development, and facilitate a higher level of housing security. The plan proposes to optimize housing land supply.
