NVIDIA's Jensen Huang stated that the additional export restrictions on the H20 chip will have an impact of up to $15 billion

NVIDIA (NVDA.US) CEO Jensen Huang revealed on Monday that the latest U.S. government restrictions on chip exports to China will impact the company's revenue by $15 billion.

He expressed deep regret over the additional restrictions on H20 chips and believes that the limitations open up the market for Huawei's artificial intelligence chips in China. If more companies use Huawei's chips and Huawei is able to improve its software, it could weaken NVIDIA's software advantage
