China Association of Automobile Manufacturers: The total import and export value of automotive goods in April was USD 23.09 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 2.2%
According to data compiled by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers from the General Administration of Customs, in April 2025, the total import and export value of automotive goods was USD 23.09 billion, a month-on-month increase of 6.8% and a year-on-year decrease of 2.2%. Among them, the import value was USD 3.7 billion, a month-on-month increase of 6.3% and a year-on-year decrease of 28.6%; the export value was USD 19.39 billion, a month-on-month increase of 6.9% and a year-on-year increase of 5.3%. From January to April, the cumulative total import and export value of automotive goods nationwide was USD 81.88 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 5.2%. Among them, the import value was USD 13.27 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 34.5%; the export value was USD 68.61 billion, a year-on-year increase of 3.7%
