CHINA QINFA (00866.HK) announced a related transaction, selling its mainland coal business subsidiary - Perpetual Goodluck to Tianhe Group for a cash consideration of 30 million RMB. Taking into account the net asset value of the selling group’s liabilities, the estimated sale proceeds are approximately 196 million RMB
