NIO President Qin Lihong: 3,359 battery swap stations have been built, officially achieving county-wide battery swapping in Chongqing

During the 2025 Chongqing Auto Show, Nio held a press conference where Nio co-founder and president Qin Lihong stated that as of June 7, Nio has built 3,359 battery swap stations and 26,498 charging piles, with battery swap occurrences reaching 76,063,419 and charging occurrences reaching 63,295,542. He announced that Nio Energy has officially achieved county-wide battery swapping in Chongqing today, having built 75 battery swap stations covering 38 districts and counties in the city. Currently, Nio has achieved county-wide battery swapping in eight provincial-level units across the country
