On June 7th, it was reported that during a recent Blue Knight symposium held in conjunction with the China New Employment Research Center, Ele.me publicly disclosed its route planning algorithm in response to the needs and feedback of delivery riders. It is understood that since announcing nine measures at the beginning of this year to promote algorithm transparency and protect rider rights, Ele.me has successively established an expert committee on instant delivery algorithms and launched an innovative mechanism called the "Rider Rights Monthly Symposium." Currently, in a series of symposiums held in multiple cities including Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, four key algorithms have been disclosed: "Order Dispatch," "Delivery Pricing," "Delivery Time Estimation," and "Route Planning." Through a series of optimization measures such as difficult pickup and delivery optimization, more accurate distance positioning, protection for new riders, more reasonable pricing for difficult orders, and improved route efficiency, a more comprehensive rights protection system for riders has been established
