BAIJIN LIFE SCI appointed Zhang Shimin and Su Yaoyao as directors of its Hong Kong subsidiaries
BAIJIN LIFE SCI announced changes to the directors and supervisors of its subsidiaries. Zhang Shimin and Su Yaoyao have been appointed as directors of the Hong Kong subsidiary, while Li Song and Su Yaoyao have been appointed as directors and supervisors of the Chinese subsidiary. At the same time, Chen Zhiwei has been removed as the sole director of the Hong Kong subsidiary, and directors Xu Chaoshen, Chen Musheng, Han Jiping, and supervisor Xiong Ying have been removed from the Chinese subsidiary
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BAIJIN LIFE SCI (01466) announced that the company is undergoing changes in the board of directors and supervisors of several subsidiaries, namely Huibaofeng Investment Holdings Limited, Minsheng Chuangjian Limited, Huibaozhu Jewelry Limited, Minsheng Jewelry (Hong Kong) Limited, and Baohui Jewelry Limited (collectively referred to as Hong Kong subsidiaries), as well as Huibaofeng Jewelry (Shenzhen) Limited (China subsidiary, together with Hong Kong subsidiaries, collectively referred to as subsidiaries).
The relevant changes include (i) the appointment of Zhang Shimin and Su Yaoyao as directors of each Hong Kong subsidiary; (ii) the appointment of Li Song and Su Yaoyao as directors and supervisors of the China subsidiary; (iii) the removal of Chen Zhiwei as the sole director of each Hong Kong subsidiary; and (iv) the removal of directors Xu Chaosheng, Chen Musheng, and Han Jiping and supervisor Xiong Ying from the China subsidiary (changes in subsidiary management)
