CHINFMINING's subsidiary plans to purchase cathode copper for USD 67.025 million

According to the announcement from CHINFMINING, on June 16, 2025, China Nonferrous Hong Kong Holdings (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a 2025 cathode copper purchase agreement with Jikaming for the purchase of high-grade cathode copper. Under this agreement, China Nonferrous Hong Kong Holdings will purchase a total of 7,000 metric tons of high-grade cathode copper processed by China Nonferrous Huaxin through wet processing for a total consideration of approximately USD 67.025 million
