SWIREPROPERTIES: Sells equity in the Miami commercial project in the United States to Simon Property

On June 27th, SWIREPROPERTIES announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that its wholly-owned subsidiary has reached an agreement with Simon Property to sell its interests in Brickell City Centre in Miami, USA, including retail interests, parking assets, and facility interests. The maximum consideration for the sale of interests is USD 549 million, which includes a contingent consideration of up to USD 36.1 million
