CH FIN LEASING recently announced that the seller's original shareholder Lin Shusong and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Capital Venture Capital transferred a total of 34.96% equity to an independent third party, Longling Capital Ltd, involving 121 million shares, with a total amount of approximately HKD 46.0799 million. The chairman of the buyer company is Cai Wensheng, the founder of Meitu, who is also the single largest shareholder of Meitu. Regarding the acquisition of CH FIN LEASING by a related company of the current single largest shareholder, Meitu stated to reporters that the acquisition of CH FIN LEASING is a personal action by Mr. Cai Wensheng and is unrelated to Meitu
