AOM INT'L offers a discount of 11.15% for new shares and redeems 68 million yuan in convertible bonds

AOM INT'L (00381.HK) announced that it will issue a total of 158 million new shares to independent third party Lin Feng at a price of HKD 0.4309 per share, representing a discount of 11.15% compared to the closing price on the last trading day (4th). The total subscription amount is HKD 68 million, which will be offset against the payable for the redemption of two batches of convertible bonds. Upon completion, the subscriber will hold 16.66% of the company's equity
