CHINA HANKING (03788.HK) announced that it plans to spin off Hanking Gold shares through an introduction method and independently list them on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The proposed spin-off does not involve the issuance of new shares of Hanking Gold, and details regarding the distribution ratio and guaranteed allocation have yet to be finalized.

Hanking Gold owns two gold mining projects: the Mt Bundy gold mine project located in the Northern Territory of Australia and the Cygnet gold mine project located in Western Australia, both of which are 100% owned by the company
